What is aluminum honeycomb and how to produce it? Aluminum honeycomb core material is adhesive-bonded of the aluminum foil.We have 10 production lines for aluminum honeycomb,you can find the production manufacturing process as below.
1.Aluminum foil inspection
2.Through the gluing machine, the aluminum foil is precisely adhered to the glue.
3.The aluminum foil stack is hot-pressed and thermally cured by hot press.
4.The stack sheets of foil bonded together forming a block.
5.According to the needs of customers, the blocks are cut into different thicknesses 6.The cut slice are pulled it apart and cut it straight to aluminum honeycomb core.
