The precision coating line is to coat the chromated aluminum alloy with various paints according to customers. The company has an advanced three-roller reversal precision coating machine that can operate under sealed, dustless conditions so that the coating thickness and its outer appearance is controlled properly. The oven is divided into four temperature-controlled areas to make the coating reach the best condition for solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility, good glossiness,strong adhesive force, and corrosion resistance.
