Prefabrication Precautions

The board should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, flat on a flat surface, and should not be stepped on or bumped.

When handling the board, all four sides of the board should be lifted at the same time. It is strictly prohibited to push, pull, or extract to avoid scratching the board surface.

When using a slotting machine or gong machine for slotting, a semi-circular end milling cutter with an angle greater than 90 degrees should be used. The cutting should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make folding difficult. 

When bending, it is necessary to apply even force and form it in one go. Do not bend it repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum plate may break.

When processing arcs, specialized bending equipment should be used to slowly apply force to gradually achieve the desired curved surface of the board. Do not bend and shape at once.

Different batches of boards of the same model may have color differences. When selling and using boards from different batches, a program for comparing color differences should be added. Only when there is no visual color difference can they be used on the same plane.

When installing aluminum-plastic panels of the same color on the same plane, the process direction should be consistent, otherwise it may cause visual color difference.

The protective film should be removed within 45 days after the installation of the aluminum-plastic panel, otherwise it may be difficult to tear off the film or remove the adhesive.

The interior wall panel should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure its effectiveness and service life.

If there is pollution during the construction process, clean water, detergent, or alcohol with a content of 98% or more can be used according to the type of pollution, and gently scrub with a soft material. Do not use acetone or other chemical solvents for cleaning.
