Skin Panels: High thermal conductivity aluminum alloy (3003/5052/6061), 0.4–1.0mm thick

Core: Hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core (foil thickness 0.05–0.15mm, cell size 3–10mm)

Adhesive: High-temperature resistant thermal conductive adhesive

Total Thickness: 6–30mm (customizable)

Surface Treatment: Mill finish, anodizing, conductive plating (tin/nickel), black oxidation
