ACM Panels (Aluminum Composite Material Panels) are lightweight sandwich construction panels. Two pre-finished aluminum skins are thermally bonded to a polyethylene core or fire-resistant mineral core. They are easy to groove, bend and fabricate, widely specified for commercial building facades, exterior cladding, storefronts and outdoor signage projects across North America and Europe.

Normal Width: 1220 mm, 1250 mm; custom width up to 1500 mm is available
Panel Length: Standard lengths 2440 mm, 5000 mm, 5800 mm; maximum regular length within 5800 mm. Custom lengths are acceptable for 20ft container orders.
Panel Overall Thickness: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and other customized thicknesses
Aluminum Alloy Grade: AA1100, AA3003, AA5005; other alloy grades available upon request
Aluminum Skin Thickness Range: 0.05 mm ~ 0.50 mm
Surface Coating & Finish Options: PE coating, PVDF coating, nano coating, brushed finish, mirror finish
