How to use Aluminium Composite Sheet right?
1.Grooving
Grooving at the edge when Aluminium Composite Sheet folding. It may open V-groove and U-groove,etc.according to folding requirement. Several typical grooving ways are shown in Figure C.1. It shall useSpecial grooving machine for aluminium-plastic panel to ensure grooving depth not damaging the op-posite aluminium sheet and left with 0.3 mm thick plastic layer. It may adopt reinforcing measures as
bordered rib,etc. if it is required at grooving section.
2.Ripping off film
Rip off the protective film in time after installing the aluminium-plastic panel to decrease the feasibil-ities of the difficulty to tear off film,serious glue loss,or severe contamination on the surface of thealuminium-plastic panel caused by the aging of protecting film.
3. Protection of the coating surface
Avoid damage on the surface of coating.
4.Installation direction
Due to the coatings on the surface of aluminium-plastic panel is generally produced by roller painting;the coating color may have certain directionality (especially the metallic color). The sensual colormay different when observing at different angles. It should be installed under the same production di-
rection in order to avoid such difference.
5.Cleaning and curing
Clean and cure the aluminium-plastic composite panel at least once a year. wipe off besmirch and the harmful substance on the surface to keep the face neat and guarantee the normal service life of the product. It is appropriate to clean with neutral detergent, and consider whether the detergent is
harmful to the coating before cleaning.
6.Storage condition
Aluminium-plastic panel shall be stored in a dry. cool, ventilated and flat place; its temperature shall
not be more than 70 C.
7.Folding and bend
Consider the folding process ahead for the aluminium-plastic panel that need Grooving at the edge.and repeated folding is is not permitted; for the panel need bend directly without grooving.its mini-mum bend radius should not be less than 35 cm.
8.Mating sealing materials
The used sealing materials shall have good weatherability and have good compatibility with the alu-minium-plastic panel. It shall also comply with the corresponding requirements of national and indus-try standards. Because the inferior sealing material easily pollute even erode the panel.it is necessaryto test the compatibility between the sealing material and the aluminium-plastic panel beforehand.
9.Design and installation
The design and installation of the aluminium-plastic panel shall conform to the related design and in-stallation norm; consider fully the possibility of thermal expansion and contraction to avoid the harm-ful effects on the project and the panel smoothness.
10.Transport
The aluminium composite sheet shall be placed leveling. in order and steadily during portage and transport to avoid float.drag, scratch, bumping,and partial pressure injury.
