Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP/ACM) - a lightweight, rigid, durable sandwich panel (two aluminum skins + plastic/mineral core) for facade, cladding, signage, interiors.
1. Basic Structure
Typical "sandwich" layers: • Top aluminum skin: 0.2–0.5 mm (alloy 1100/3003), coated • Adhesive layer (polyolefin) • Core: PE (polyethylene), FR (fire-retardant), or A2 mineral • Adhesive layer • Back aluminum skin: 0.2–0.5 mm, protective coating • Surface film (for protection during transport/install)
