Aluminum composite sheet, also known as ACP, adopts a three-layer sandwich composite structure: two durable aluminum alloy surface skins tightly bonded to a lightweight core.
There are 2 type polyethylene in middle : standard polyethylene (PE) core for general decoration, and mineral-filled fire-retardant (FR) core for fire-sensitive public buildings.
Advanced continuous thermal compound technology ensures stable bonding strength, with average peel strength above 4.0 N/mm, resisting delamination under drastic temperature cycles.
PVDF Fluorocarbon Coating (Exterior Grade) Total coating thickness ≥40 μm, certified to AAMA 2605 standard. Excellent anti-UV, acid rain and coastal salt spray resistance, with 15–25 years color retention warranty for outdoor curtain walls.
Polyester PE Coating (Indoor Grade) Coating thickness ≥16 μm, cost-effective, uniform color, suitable for interior walls, ceilings and indoor signage.
