Exterior Aluminium Composite Panel

The test exterior aluminium composite panel shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 9754. At least five positions including four cor-ners and the geometrical center shall be measured for each specimen. The production direction of thespecimen shall be kept consistent in the test. The maximum value and the minimum value of all the measured are taken as the test result.

Coated aluminium material shall be taken from the test specimen. A distance of 13 mm- 20 mm shall be retained on one end for clamping so that the coating surface of the specimen can be wrappedaround itself outward and bent with 180°. First.the coating surface shall be bent with more than 90 ,then tightly clamped into 180 by using a bench clamp with smooth clamp mouth sleeve,no gap at themiddle part, called OT. Observe whether the coating is cracked or peeled off by a 5 - 10 times magni-fier,if applicable, the wrapped part of the test specimen shall be continuously wrapped with 180°without gap at the middle part. called 1T. The coating shall be checked again for cracks and peel off.This is then repeated as per the steps for 1T,2T.3T and so on. Each time the specimen is folded thecoating shall be checked until there are no cracks or peel off for the first time and this shall be takenas the test result. T-Bending process is shown as Figure 1. The maximum T value of all test values shall be taken as the test result.
