Ventilated aluminium composite panel is a dedicated exterior cladding solution built with a breathable hollow layout. An air cavity is reserved behind installed panels to enable natural air convection.
Fabricated with top-quality coated aluminium sheets and high-density core material, this product comes in PE and PVDF coated versions, with standard panel gauges of 3mm and 4mm. The reserved ventilation gap boosts air circulation efficiently. It helps release trapped heat and moisture, protecting the substrate from dampness, mould growth and water infiltration.
This panel delivers reliable weather resistance, anti-fading properties, corrosion protection and thermal insulation. Its low weight simplifies fabrication, cutting and on-site assembly while lowering dead load on the building structure. Multiple surface treatments can be supplied: solid colours, brushed textures, marble grain, wood grain and metallic finishes.
