Aluminum Honeycomb Panel Clean Room

Aluminum honeycomb panel for clean room is a high-performance composite material specially designed for clean room environments (such as Class 1-10000 clean rooms). Panel: 0.6–1.2mm high-quality aluminum alloy (3003/5005/6061 series), surface treated with electrostatic powder coating or fluorocarbon coating (PVDF). The coating is smooth, non-porous, non-dusting, and resistant to corrosion, acid and alkali, which meets the dust-free requirements of clean rooms.

Honeycomb Core: Hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core (3003 aluminum foil), thickness 15–50mm optional, cell size 6/10mm. The closed-cell structure avoids dust accumulation inside the panel and ensures the overall cleanliness of the clean room.

Backboard: 0.5–1.0mm aluminum alloy, tightly bonded with the honeycomb core using high-temperature resistant, non-toxic and odorless structural adhesive. The adhesive meets food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade environmental protection standards, no volatile harmful substances.

Sealing Treatment: The edges of the panel are sealed with special sealant, which is dust-proof, moisture-proof and air-tight, preventing dust and impurities from entering the honeycomb core and affecting the clean level.

Dust-free & Easy to Clean: The smooth and non-porous surface does not absorb dust, and can be cleaned with neutral detergent or disinfectant, which is convenient to maintain the cleanliness of the clean room and meets the GMP and ISO clean standards.
