Fireproof Aluminum Honeycomb Panel is a high-performance non-combustible sandwich composite, consisting of two aluminum face sheets and a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core, bonded with high-strength fire-retardant adhesive.
Core Advantage: 100% non-combustible, achieves EN 13501-1 Class A2-s1,d0 (zero flame spread, no burning droplets, low smoke density ≤150 Dm).
High Strength & Lightweight: Honeycomb structure delivers exceptional stiffness (30–50 kN·m²/m) at 70% less weight than solid aluminum; excellent wind pressure & impact resistance.
Durability: Corrosion-resistant, weatherproof, dimensionally stable; ideal for long-term exterior use.
Versatile Finishes: PVDF/powder coating, brushed, mirror, wood/stone grain; customizable colors & sizes.
Eco-Friendly: Fully recyclable, non-toxic, sound/thermal insulation (R-value: 0.8–1.2 m²·K/W).
