SPC aluminum honeycomb core wall panel is a high-performance composite building material, combining the advantages of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and aluminum honeycomb structure. It is widely used in modern interior and exterior wall decoration.
Basic Structure
It is a three-layer composite panel: • Surface Layer (Top/Bottom): High-density SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) board. Made from calcium powder, PVC resin, and stabilizers. • Core Layer: Aluminum honeycomb core (hexagonal aluminum foil structure). • Back Layer: Usually an aluminum sheet or SPC balancing layer to ensure flatness.
