The maximum finished dimension of fabricated panels can reach 8000mm×1800mm (Length × Width). Coatings are available in two-coat-one-bake and three-coat-two-bake processes, whose coating performance complies with the AAMA2605-98 standard issued by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and American Society for Coatings Applications (ASCA). Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm, while popular regular sizes are 600×600mm and 600×1200mm.
