Product Description
FEVE aluminum-plastic composite panels are coated with a polyurethane primer and a medium-to-high-temperature baked fluorine resin topcoat, featuring excellent weather resistance, vibrant colors, and high gloss. They are particularly suitable for commercial decorative displays with high color-effect requirements, such as commercial chain systems, automotive 4S stores, gas stations, etc., with an outdoor warranty of up to 15 years.
FEVE is the English abbreviation for fluoropolymer-alkyl vinyl ether copolymer or olefin-alkyl vinyl ester copolymer resin. Coatings made from this resin feature high gloss and transparency, along with excellent weather resistance. Compared to PVDF fluorocarbon coatings, FEVE coatings exhibit lower hardness but higher gloss, enabling the production of more vibrant colors. FEVE coatings require lower baking temperatures (216~224°C), resulting in reduced energy consumption. The solid content of FEVE coatings can reach over 70%, leading to lower VOC emissions during application and better compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, FEVE coatings offer higher gloss and greater hardness, making them more suitable for spray-painted aluminum panels after bending and forming.
The raw materials of FEVE aluminum-plastic panels include high-strength aluminum alloy coils as the aluminum base material, low-density polyethylene as the PE core material, and a FEVE fluorocarbon coating as the surface layer. The typical panel thickness ranges from 3 to 6 mm, with various widths such as 1000-2000 mm, and the maximum length can reach 5800 mm. This type of aluminum-plastic panel is widely used in construction and decoration, including interior and exterior wall cladding, advertising signage, furniture manufacturing, interior decoration, and industrial applications
