Basic Structure

Surface layer: carbon fiber sheet (plain/twill weave, prepreg carbon fiber)

Core layer: aluminum honeycomb core

Back layer: carbon fiber or aluminum sheet

Adhesive: high-strength structural epoxy adhesive
