Aluminum honeycomb core sandwich composite panel is a three-layer structural cladding material specially developed for exterior facade and curtain wall system. It is composed of two aluminum face sheets bonded with structural adhesive to hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core, featuring light weight and high rigidity, which is the preferred material for modern high-end building exterior decoration.
Top & Bottom Aluminum Skin: 3003 / 5052 aluminum alloy, thickness 0.6mm–1.5mm customizable
Aluminum Honeycomb Core: Hexagonal cell structure, adjustable cell size & foil thickness
High Strength Structural Adhesive Film: Anti-debonding, temperature resistant
