aluminum laser cutting facade panel for exterior decoration is a processing technique that uses laser cutting machines to replace conventional milling machines for engraving. It features intricate patterns and sharp corners, with a minimum R angle as small as 0.02 mm and a narrow engraving gap of 0.5 mm, enabling the creation of more exquisite and delicate patterns.
Aluminum veneer panel consists of face sheet, reinforcing ribs and angle brackets as core components. The maximum finished dimension of fabricated panels can reach 8000mm×1800mm (Length × Width). Coatings are available in two-coat-one-bake and three-coat-two-bake processes, whose coating performance complies with the AAMA2605-98 standard issued by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and American Society for Coatings Applications (ASCA). Standard thickness options include 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm, while popular regular sizes are 600×600mm and 600×1200mm.
Featuring light weight, excellent corrosion resistance, fireproof and moisture-proof properties as well as convenient installation, aluminum veneer panels also boast high mechanical strength, outstanding rigidity and superior decorative performance, making them an ideal cladding material for building exterior walls.
