Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) Recycling Machine - a specialized industrial system that separates aluminum skins from plastic (PE/FR) cores of waste ACP sheets for high-purity material recycling.
Two Main Technologies 1. Thermal & Mechanical Delaminating (Sheet Type) • Process: 1. Heating: ACP sheets pass through a heated platform (electric/gas) to soften adhesive/core. 2. Peeling: High-torque rollers strip aluminum skins intact from plastic core. 3. Electrostatic Separation: High-voltage field separates conductive Al powder from non-conductive plastic powder. 4.
