10mm Aluminum Composite Panel

10mm ACP is a thicker aluminum composite panel, mainly used for large-area exterior walls, heavy-duty signage, and structural cladding that requires higher rigidity and flatness.

Basic Structure

Total thickness: 10mm

Two surface aluminum skins + middle core layer

Common skin thickness: 0.4mm+0.4mm / 0.5mm+0.5mm

Core Types

PE core: General interior & low-rise exterior

Fire-retardant FR core: B1 grade, for most building facades

Non-combustible core: Higher fire safety, suitable for high-rise buildings

Surface Coating

PE coating: Indoor, low-cost

PVDF coating: Outdoor, weather-resistant, 10–20 years service life

Common: 1220×2440mm (4×8ft)

Also available: 1250×3200mm, 1500×4000mm, custom length

Main Features

Higher stiffness and flatness than 4mm/6mm/8mm ACP

Not easy to warp on large-area walls

Lightweight compared to aluminum solid panels

Waterproof, anti-corrosion, easy to process and install
