Product Introduction:
Aluminum Composite Panel,often referred as aluminium composite panel for signage ,It is a lightweight sandwich-type composite construction panel,composited by two thin outer sheets of high-quality aluminum alloy and a lightweight central core material sandwiched between the two aluminum skins. There are 2 kind of core materials :PE core (polyethylene): Standard grade for interior walls, shop signs, low-rise exterior decoration;Fire-resistant mineral-filled core (FR/A2 core): Fireproof version for high-rise buildings, public venues and fire-regulated projects. The aluminum faces are covered with protective decorative coatings:PVDF fluorocarbon coating: For outdoor facades, strong anti-UV, anti-corrosion, anti-fading performance;PE polyester coating: Mainly used for indoor decoration with many colours.

(2) Cutting film

Various types of cutting films are applicable to the Aluloyal insulated acm panel surface. If you are going to fold the Aluloyal panel after you apply the film, the film may change color at the folded corner. Confirm with pre-testing.

 

(3) Digital print with inkjet printer

Various types of decorative films and wallpapers printed with ink jet printers can be applied Aluloyal insulated acm panel. Confirm the fire approval conditions of the film. Direct digital printing is also possible with special ink jet printers overall fabrication works.
