Aluloyal present aluminium honeycomb panels that are comprised of a honeycomb board as core, and a thin aluminium sheet as the outer layer. The panels are robust and have a hexagonal design in the core, inspired by a natural honeycomb structure. Its innovative design makes the panel lighter and enhances its stability and stiffness. Honeycomb boards are a new take on aluminium composite panels, where the removal of thermoplastic core plays a key role in its features and characteristics.

MACHINERY FOR ROUTING AND FOLDING TECHNIQUE
Vertical panel saws aluminum honeycomb board routing device (customized accessory)
For V-shaped grooves of up to 10 mm panel thickness and for rectangulargrooves Holz-Her Vertical panel saw PK 1255 aluminum honeycomb board; Striebigvertical panel saw Standard Il for composite panels.
Other panel saws can subsequently be provided by the above manufac-turers with an additional routing device. Please ask for details.

CNC machining centres
With large panel thicknesses such as 10 mm, V-grooves cannot be pro-duced with vertical panel saws (cutter edge width max. 20 mm). CNCmachining centres are used for this purpose. Rectangular grooves canalso be produced on CNC machining centres. Please ask for manufac-turers of CNC machining centres.
