An aluminum composite panel (ACP / ACM) is a sandwich panel. It has two thin aluminum skins thermally bonded to a core, usually PE polyethylene or mineral-filled fire-retardant core. It is lightweight, rigid, weather-resistant, easy to cut and bend, widely used for building facades, interior wall cladding, ceilings and signage. Coatings include PE and PVDF for outdoor use.
