ACM material (aluminum composite material) is a sandwich composite structure. Two thin aluminum sheets are permanently bonded to a central core. Common core types are standard polyethylene core and fire-rated mineral core. It has advantages of light weight, excellent flatness, high rigidity and easy processing. PVDF coating is suitable for outdoor facades with good UV and weather resistance; PE coating is mainly for indoor decoration and signage.
