ACP panels belong to architectural façade & exterior cladding scope, not MEP. MEP deals with building service systems: HVAC, ventilation, electrical power, lighting, water, drainage and fire services. Civil engineering mainly covers structural works such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs and load-bearing walls. ACP is the decorative weatherproof cladding fixed onto the civil/structural subframe, coordinated by the architect.
